Lambrusco Ruberti, Lambrusco Salamino.

Winemaking
Soft pressing lambrusco grapes, allow to obtain light coloured must.
Must ferment in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks. Wine become sparkling in three months in 15/16°C autoclave (Charmat method).
